“Keep in mind there has just been a terrible hurricane that had devastated Montego Bay, the hotel is operating, it’s clean , the people are nice the air conditioning is cold and internet and tv is working, everything else is difficult but they’re trying , one can see , to bring stuff back up to speed ”

“Let's start with the greeting. Don't want to mention that the airlines lost my luggage but it is what it is. Chris and Face helped me to obtain clothes and toiletries due to the fact i had nothing. They made me feel safe and comfortable. The rating chart is too low if i could i wold give them 10 stars. This nice quiet family owned resort is kind and compassionate They make you feel like you're apart of their family. Thabk you for you kindness.”

“I got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered. ”

“It was very nice and beautiful although the neighborhood is very condescending the property is very nice and quiet. The owner of the property SB., is very sweet and kind and helps with any and everything. ”

“The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . ”
