I love the friendliness of the staff, especially Chrystal from the Dinning Area. I reached out to her and let her know I was coming(I met her on a previous visit) even though she was off during my current stay, she called ahead and had the chef prepare my favorite dish(curry goat) and served it to me personally! She even checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and having a great time! That is going above and beyond! Kudos to Crystal!! The Entertainment Team was also great! They ensure their guest are entertained and having a good time, kudos to them also! My overall stay was comfortable and peaceful. I would definitely recommend them!!

The property is on the Hip Strip which means it livey, with lots of people, shops, restaurants, nightlife and the beach is across the street, the front desk Tify was so pleasant and informative she always had a smile, the food was delicious and always fresh, the drinks are weak, but i guess you can except that from a lot of liquor establishment, the property puts you in the mind of a hotel boutique and just a little to dated for my cup of tea, but it's not horrible.

I took my daughter to Jamaica for her Birthday and graduating nursing school!

The hotel is not on the beach. You have to get a daily pass for the Doctor’s Cave beach that is across the street . The beach closes at 5pm.

Staff were fantastic, food was amazing and the room was clean and cozy. I liked that the beach was next room and included. Though the umbrella and chair for the was not and if you to the beach everyday it could add up. Other than that this was a wonderful experience. I like that it was a smaller more intimate feel, it felt like i was at home but with excellent service. Thank you to the chef, the incredible servers, entertainment team and management. Would definitely visit again and recommend.

This was a family style boutique experience that offered an all inclusive experience with everything needed. The staff and food were excellent; and the service was authentic and true to Jamaican style and culture.

I stayed here a few days for my solo vacation and had an amazing stay. This resort is very convenient. Walking distance for shopping, food, night clubs, and the beach. The meals were delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Loretta, for taking the time to escort me out for a late night meal. If you're looking for a less commercial and more personable resort experience, I highly recommend. I will definitely book again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Jamaica. The staff’s welcome was excellent from the very first moment: everyone was kind, helpful, and always smiling. Cleanliness was good, and the room, simple but nice, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel pool was very convenient, as was the beach towel service with fresh towels provided daily. The free access to the adjacent beach was a great plus, as well as the entertainment, which was discreet yet engaging. The property also offers the possibility to book organized or private tours and has an on-site taxi service, which was very practical. The security service was excellent too, making me feel safe at all times. A special thank you to Rinalda from Chukka and Alexia at the reception for their professionalism and kindness: they truly made my holiday even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation, good organization, and a welcoming atmosphere in Jamaica. 🌴✨

Properties clean but you have guest for four days and not one day could we swim in the pool? The pool kept closing due to treating the water never mind the staff except for bartender Kenny entertainer Lorette front desk Lauren excellent excellent excellent they need to teach their coworkers how to be friendly how to be nice how to smile it brings down the property because it’s taken away from the owner because your staff is not the correct staff this other things I can go on and say, but I think I said enough I would never recommend this resort to anyone and I will never return

The resort was clean and safe, the only thing I didn't like was that the communication wasn't that great. You need to get a day pass from the resort to go to the beach which is across the street. The beach closes at 5pm every day. You're not even allowed to walk on the beach after 5.

Cute little hotel near shops and across the street from a beautiful beach. I felt extremely safe here as a solo, woman traveler. Would definitely stay here again. Only 5 minutes away from the airport.
