“Had a wonderful stay at Hotel 39 in Montego Bay! The rooms were super clean, and the entire property was spotless, welcoming, and very well kept. The staff were incredibly pleasant and made the experience even better with their friendly and helpful attitude. It was also very affordable while still being comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montego Bay!”

“Room was dirty, dingy and old. Bugs in the room! Did not want to touch anything!! Additionally, there wasn't a proper lock on the door, which was totally unsafe! The only reason I didn't leave, was I literally had nowhere else to stay that night. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel!”

“Quite unclean bathroom and room. Bathroom sink was leaking, toilet seat had stains on it, and bathroom floor had cracks and ants. Shower was rusty and water sprayed in different directions. Room’s bed was blocking the entrance and floor had ants. Quite terrible condition ”

“They was not any bed spread provided for one of the bed. The room -the the pressing iron for clothing was burn as shown in yhe picture. That's the first time ever wearing my nee suit smh. The flooring need cleaning The electronic not functional period. The bathroom shower dirty. The walls was stripping and needs of painting. The windows shows mold and grime No bathroom soap was provides The kitchen no soap was provides until later the following day smh. Things to wash pons and plates wasnt……

“We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was.”

“It was not clear when we booked this property that it was a bed and breakfast, not a hotel. We booked this property at the last minute and apparently the people who managed this property did not know we were coming. When we showed up, by chance the maintenance man showed up at the same time but he did not know we were coming. He tried the best he could to accomadate us and let us in. Since this property was in a residential neighborhood, we had to take a taxi to do anything, including……
