「The pictures does NOT match this “resort” at alllll. I went to this property on 6/1 and was sooo dissatisfied! The property needs renovations and honestly should not be open until then. I stayed for one night and then left to go to another resort. The staff were very friendly and the little food was good but other than that it’s a NO for me. The beach was nice but it’s not apart of the property. Giving the guest a pass to get into the beach is a nice gesture thanks ;)」

「For $180 per night, this apartment feels overpriced for what is offered. The unit has two bedrooms, but there is no kitchen or microwave, and only a small mini refrigerator that is plugged in upon check-in. The air conditioning works in the bedrooms, but the living room becomes very hot and uncomfortable during the day. On the positive side, the staff is friendly, the booking process is easy, and check-in is straightforward. This is actually my second time staying here over the past eight...

「I booked the hotel for colleagues.. Upon passing by the hotel in route to somewhere else, prior to check in time, we could not believe the hotel was even open. The property was extremely unclean, piles of trash, abandoned vehicles etc. I could not let our guests stay there. WE NEVER CHECKED IN. I do not recommend staying at this hotel until they clean up the property.」

「The room had sheets with smokes burn the pillows where so flat it was almost non-extensive ,the box spring that the mattress sit on was so old i estimated it to be as old as the facility the kitchen was some way clean with the dish container on the counter had Rats dropping that spread throughout the kitchen including the cupboard. 「The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . 」

「I didn't like the stay. The bed was extremely hard. Ther were no real amenities to use. The staff was not accommodating at all. They wouldn't clean your room nor empty your trash unless you asked several times. many of the meals were not very good.」
