The room they were going to put me in was disgusting. It smelled like the sewer. It was in bad repair and had open outlets. The only person that would think this was a step up would be a homeless person. I would never recommend this to anyone. Yuck.

The ocean visibility is 100%, i think any room you book it will be. The management and staff is very nice 100% too. The building and rooms is very old fashion old, and dirty. I'm suspecting the linens are wash but it's been there for maybe 80 years so they look dirty and stain, so does everything including the building. The place is just run down. The price is definitely not worth it. So if you see the price gone up don't book it, unless you are desperate for shelter. This should be a cheap price hotel, oh and there are no amenities to this hotel only wifi. The location is in the middle of the strip, i guess that's what i pay for.

The room was not what we booked. Staff unhelpful. The room was poor quality. We were told we would get some of our money refunded and have not. Location is very good and that is what you pay for.

The overall view was excellent. I would stay there again even though the apartment itself needs some work. Most of the blinds were missing and ants were all over the place. It needs a good cleaning and proper window treatments. If that happens, this would be the best place to stay. Ocean view, the Freeport and airport were visible from the balcony. Love love the views, inside the apartment not so much.

Property is listed as a resort. It's not. They are rundown apartments renting as short term rentals. The apartment I was assigned badly needed up dating.. The place was stuck in the 1970s. All the furniture was old and looks like 'side walk"'trash from the 70s. The stove was the old coiled electric stove. The space wasn't designed properly. The small kitchen was located where the bathroom should have been and the bathroom was located where the kitchen should have been. Water settles on the porch when it rained. The building has the best location on the strip. It's across from Dr's cave beach. That's the best feature of this place. The whole building needs renovation.

It took a long time to get checked because there was issues with our room. The ocean view was beautiful and our transportation was not included like it said we paid 21 extra for it I would not recommend the stay for the price I paid

Hotel under construction. No check in area at entrance had to go across an open platform 10stories. Check in was on 2nd floor in a small office. List of things we found, elevators smell of weed. Lack of lights in hall way. Door to room looked like was broken into with shady lock, dead bolt not working. Ceiling tiles moldy. Kitchen stove and microwave old and rusty, kitchen cupboards old, dirty paint stripping, pots old and black, bathroom door vent rusty, no wash cloths, towels stiff and old plus had was hot water and good flow. Sliding glass door hard to open. Flooring old and dirty. Patio was okay with lovely view. Staff was okay. I would not stay here for even if free.

I prepaid for a ride from the airport and I wasn’t able to locate them. Took a taxi instead. Upon arrival realized that it was in poor repair in a seedy area and not on the beach. The listing states family friendly and on a sandy beach. Neither of these are true. And no water in pool. It was intended to be 2 adults and 1 child. Only adult stayed because of this and left after 2 days instead of the planned 4. STAY AWAY!!!’Non refundable trash hole

Do not stay here!!! This a fraud. The name says it is a resort but don’t be fooled. It is NOT!!! . These are condos which people own and rent them out. They are extremely dirty, no one is ever available for cleaning the rooms or replacing any towels or other necessities. No restaurant in the building as stated on the website, and false pictures of a different building. We had to go back and forth with Expedia to get us out of there. Still working with Expedia for the return. It was an extremely stressful experience.

I enjoyed my stay at the property. The room was spacious. I love the idea that the patio was overlooking the beach. If you have a question or concern management was ready to assist. I would advise anyone looking for accommodation to stay at the resort. And if cooking is your thing, there is also a kitchen.
