“Villa Patiently Waiting was a great find for me and my family. The host communicated with me immediately following the booking, and the Property Manager, Chris, was always available by phone to answer any questions. The Villa is clean, spacious, and quiet; a great place for a large group to gather for family events. A very special thanks to Chris for his warm and welcoming attitude. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!!”

“The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. I was warned by others never to rent that property again. It was just a horrible stay, the beds were very hard and worn out. It’s like you sleeping on a piece of board. The community it’s……

“It’s your own place , so it’s private. Our house was right across from the pool and workout area, so very convenient. Security on site so definitely feel safe. You do need transportation if you do decide to stay at the villas. Communication was available 24/7 if you needed any assistance. Would recommend and come to this property again , as this is my second time staying at Richmond Hill Estate Villas !! ”
