Expedia canceled the reservation due to issues with the credit card payment. The card company relayed information regarding inappropriate use of the card. We are unsure why this led to a bad review for the property.

It is rather unfortunate that you decided to leave this review on our property, and that is correct; we denied doing business with you because we did not do business with you. We received a reservation, which was followed by a phone call to see if we could assist; we informed Expedia that we were unable to assist, and that is all we know about your reservation.
