The apartment consists of a living room area complete with two sofas, a flat screen television and a small dining area and a pull-out sofa bed, a kitchen with all the amenities, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a small balcony. Wifi is included and there is air-conditioning. The apartment has 24/7 gated security and is close to supermarkets, hospitals and night life. The price is also extremely competitive when compared to others.
