The lobby of the hotel smelled great. However, breakfast was not good. Oatmeal was very dry . Not much variety when it comes to their bagel selection it was a dried up small bagel choice. Also I found a roach in the bathroom the next morning which was a turnoff .

It was very hot when we were there so the room smelled musty when we arrived but after the AC was on for an hour, it smelled fine. They were doing maintenance on the AC and the carpets the day we left.

Room was great. Staff was pleasant and polite. Nice hotel overall. Vaccuum didn’t work for the pool so we didn’t get in. Too many bugs but other than that- Cold AC and nice rooms is all I can ask for.

I like the fact that the ice machine was around the corner! The fact that nobody bothered us during our stay. The breakfast bar was great & lots to choose from, fresh fruit daily & coffee available all the time. Desk person was always friendly & asked if we needed anything, I asked for razors & they provided them for me & toothpaste. I like the extra plush towels & the fact that the bathroom & shower areas already had shampoo & conditioner & body wash in containers on the shower wall! There was hand soap & lotion as well by the sink in the bathroom. I asked for extra dirty clothes bags and they were given to me as well!! Overall it was a very pleasant & friendly experience!! We all loved our stay at the Hampton Inn in Kingsville, TX!! Will certainly visit them again!
