Weekend away
Nice hotel and friendly staff - shame there weren't many facilities in Kingussie for visitors. Impossible to eat dinner on one night, although this was not the fault of the hotel.

Drab town quiet hotel
Lucky to catch owner in hotel. Had rung 5 times before arrival to check details of booking but number just rang out. Decided to call in to the hotel on passing through the town first thing in the morning. We were given keys upon arrival, as there was alteration work being carried out and staff may not be about later in the day. Arrived at 6.00pm later that day, left keys on departure in morning saw no one in hotel between those hours. Despite this, rooms were clean and tidy, we had a good nights sleep and hotel was dead quiet!

Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff polite. The hotel is tired and from a by gone time but for the price it was fine.

Golfers Weekend Away
The hotel is in the main street of Kingussie.- bear to pubs, restaurants and take aways. It is run by Chinese and we were made very welcome. The rooms were very clean with coffee and tea available. TV and WI FI also available. Breakfast was self serve for juice, toast and cereal with full Scottish breakfast to order. It has 2 well stocked bars.

Hotel basique mais très propre et bien tenu...
Tenu par des jeunes chinois, cet hôtel est basique mais très bien tenu et calme. Il est situé dans la rue principale de cette petite ville de passage. La chambre est très propre et fonctionnelle. La literie est relativement bonne. Le personnel est très agréable et à l'écoute. Il y a un parking gratuit à l'arrière de l'hôtel avec accès direct à la réception. Par contre, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur... et la chambre peut se trouver au 2ème étage. Bref, un bon rapport qualité / prix pour un hôtel sans prétention. N'étant pas très exigeant, hormis la propreté et le calme, il nous a tout à fait satisfait !

It’s not bad hotel, but probably won’t be back. Good location, needs a lot DIY, bigger rooms and some staff! And definitely WiFi needs to be sorted - not strong enough signal and strength to open websites or emails...
