「Good customer service」

「Not the best service in the bar」

「This is a fairly new property and this is reflected in the modern decor, and clean & smart set up. No staff on site but arrangements communicated beforehand in terms of property access and room key collection were faultless. Parking on site so no issues with proximity. We did not have breakfast (book and pay separately if required). River runs behind the property so soothing sound of running (nay rushing) water throughout. Only issue was the green light (fire regs ?) meant the room was not dark...

「The toilet sink was partially block. When I mentioned this to the lady of the of theB&B she merely said oh! I’ll get my plunger out later. She must have known this before as she cleans the property. The electric shower was ancient and I barely got a shower. Generally the property was less clean than I would’ve expected.」

「Very spacious and well located, comfortable for multiple families sharing (every room is an en suite with good sound isolation)」

「Good choice for a family holiday..6 adults and 2 kids and it didnt seem too small due to layout of the property. Excellent bedrooms and bathrooms..very modern and clean. Kitchen area looks onto lounge and dining area ..gives good separation while keeping all included. Only fault was a dishwasher door that closes sharply so beware.!!...hopefully now fixed.」

「Very nice place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful」

「Good place to stay. It was clean and in a convenient location. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was the sound proofing. I believe people may live above floor two and they stayed up walking around until after midnight. Wouldn’t be a problem at all except there is no sound proofing in the room I was in. Other than that a fantastic place to stay and would recommend.」

「Warmest reception.」

「The room is little stuffy and hot in summer. I stayed in a family room. There were 2 electric fans but one of them was broken. Reception and staff were friendly.」
