Very clean and tidy. Short walk to the beach for swimming and fishing. Well secured if taking a dog and the place has a homely feel.

We had a great short stay for our family at all decked out! Communication was clear and there were no problems with access and parking. The location is great and the house was perfect for a relaxed beach getaway!

The agent was great - can’t fault them. The property itself was acceptable, but it really needs a refresh. The kitchen utensils and pots and pans are in dire need of replacing. For example the fry pans used to be ‘non-stick’ but are so black, scratched and charred that they pose a health hazard. There are no sharp knives. The outdoor cushions are filthy and mouldy. The clothes pegs are very few and very dirty. The inside of the kitchen drawers and cabinets are filthy. Whilst we were advised to bring our own cosmetics and consumables, I do find it a little cheap to not provide basic property items like adequate bin liners, hand soap, washing up detergent etc. We were there for three nights and ran out of all these items. So all in all a great location and a good stay, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Great town house was disappointing

House is in a brilliant location however communication from the agent about sheets and what to expect wasn’t ideal.. sheets are not included and this was not made clear so we had to rent these locally last minute. Very stressful. We were then changed with additional cleaning fees that seemed very unfair.

Kioloa All Decked Out

Lovely quiet spot, nice house well set up with all the amenities needed. Only thing we missed was an indoor dinner table/chairs.

We stayed in All Decked Out as part of a trip that included the new Murramarang South Coast Walk. The house was perfect and had everything we needed and more. The people at Bella were a pleasure to deal with - everything was easy.

Perfect time of year

Very comfortable and perfect for what we needed. Close walk to beach. I wouldn’t recommend the local Merry St Bar and Restaurant- over priced fish and chips although I would recommend Saltwood. The beach is great for walking and snorkeling! Thanks

Relaxing holiday, beautiful spot

Our stay was lovely with koala Beach a beautiful calm location and an easy stroll, the house was well fitted out and stylish, it had everything you would need. We would happily come back thanks John Helen & kids
