"This place is somewhat in a league of its own. Incredibly stylish with beautiful rooms which come with their own sitting area and pool. The whole feeling of the report is of calm and relaxation. The food in the restaurants is excellent, the service is great and the gym facilities spotless and stylish. "My son and daughter and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel might be old but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were looked after brilliantly and treated like family rather than guests. "What a lovely break - we haven’t been on holiday in over 4 years.. this was the perfect one back! It was super relaxing, the all inclusive food was always interesting and had a large range to choose from. "Such a welcome! The people running this hotel are very friendly. I visited end of October with my 10y daughter. She could play in the kids club twice a day (except Wednesday) and has a little kids disco in the evening. There isn’t much to do in the resort so this is a ‘quiet, relaxing holiday’ the beach area behind the hotel was lovely. If you want any ‘life’ Heraklion is 15min cab away for €14 with lots of shops and restaurants. I loved this holiday. "

"Top notch service from the moment you walk in. Everybody, and I mean everybody there provides the best service/friendliness/helpfulness. Whoever does the hiring there does a great job finding such incredible employees. The resort itself is amazing. Clean, beautiful, beautiful views, great pools, good food. I can’t say enough about this place. I guess the one negative (or positive for some people) is that it’s quite a drive to get anywhere. But I guess that’s just Crete being a big island with everything spread out."
