"The hotel is historic and has some limitations- unusual air-conditioning, very tempermental water temps in the shower (low pressure too), but very comfortable bed."

"The check-in process was smooth and Dusty was absolutely phenomenal- the AC was out when we arrived and despite being out of town, he promptly responded to us and he got in touch with the repair service and all was fixed by 8pm.
