Gemütliche Wohnung

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in der sehr gemütlichen, urigen aber trotzdem auch modernen Wohnung verbracht. Alles hat gepasst. Der Skibus fast vor der Türe. Überaus nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Das Appartement ist modern und wunderschön eingerichtet. Es fehlt an Nichts. Sehr gute Lage (der Skibus hält fussläufig). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wiederkommen.

Erster gemeinsamer Urlaub mit der Freundin

Servus, wir verbrachten im September eine wunderschöne Woche in Kirchberg und Umgebung. Nachdem wir unseren Schlüssel vom Hotel in der Nähe abgeholt hatten, betraten wir unsere Wohnung. Alles sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Auch war alles sehr sauber. Jedoch mussten wir schnell feststellen das der Backofen nicht funktioniert, die dafür vorgesehene Sicherung wurde abgeschaltet und abgeklebt. Also kann man davon ausgehen das das Problem schon länger besteht. Wir hätten es schön gefunden wenn man uns darüber im Vorfeld informiert hätte und nicht erst auf Nachfrage bzw. wenn man den ersten Einkauf erledigt hat. Pizza, Pommes, Fisch Aufbackbrötchen usw waren somit für die Tonne bzw mussten mühsam auf dem Toaster zubereitet werden. Das Bett ist sehr unpraktisch. Die Matratzen schieben sich ständig auseinander, sodass man unweigerlich in der Ritze liegt. Unter Handtuchservice verstehe ich nicht nur zwei Handtücher { groß, klein} pro Person für eine Woche. Da wir viel Geld für diese Wohnung bezahlt haben, darf man auch davon ausgehen das alles funktioniert. Den Vermieter darauf angesprochen, ob er uns preislich entgegen kommen könnte ,wurde uns lediglich ein bedrucktes Kissen angeboten, das wir aber nicht haben wollten. Aufgrund dessen ziehen wir 2 Sterne ab, einen für den Backofen und einen für das Bett, Handtücher sowie keinerlei entgegenkommen vom Vermieter. Mfg Daniel und Maresa

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt! Super gemütlich und sehr sauber. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Perfekte Größe für drei Personen. Man erreicht das Zentrum von Kirchberg super zu Fuß, Kitzbühel ist mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub in Kirchberg

Wir haben den Aufenthalt als Familie in diesem gemütlichen und zugleich stylischen Alpen-Chic Appartement sehr genossen. In unmittelbarer Gehweite aber dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen erreicht man in nur wenigen Minuten den Einstieg ins Skigebiet Kirchberg/Kitzbühel. Auch befinden sich fußläufig gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das neu renovierte Appartement verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohn-Esszimmer mit Schlafcouch und Kochnische, ein modernes Badezimmer sowie ein separates Schlafzimmer. Wir haben eine knappe Woche mit 2 Kindern dort verbracht und würden dies jederzeit wiederholen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

schöne angenehme Ferienwohnung an der nichts fehlt

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in Kirchberg zum Wandern. Ein Jahr zuvor waren wir bereits schon einmal im Ort untergebracht. Diesmal haben wir uns eine andere Wohnung für die Zeit ausgesucht und dieses Objekt gefunden. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig, die großzügige Dusche lädt immer wieder gern zum duchen ein. Das Bad war sehr sauber, ebenso WC und auch das Waschbecken. Die kleine Nischenküche hat für unsere Bedürfnisse voll und ganz ausgereicht, es war alles da, Backofen, Spülmaschine großer Kühlschrank, Dunstabzugshaube, Toaster, Senseomaschine, Geschirr, Besteck, Wein und Biergläser, allerdings keine Saft- bzw. Wassergläser, ab da wird bestimmt Abhilfe geschaffen. Im Wohn- Esszimmer lädt ein großer Tisch mit 4 Stühlen zum Frühstück ein, ebenso wenn man möchte zum Mittag- und Abendessen. Die große Ausziehcoutch bietet für 2 weitere Personen noch mal Platz zum Übernachten, aber man kann auch das Fernsehprogramm mit einem großen Flatbildschirm an der Wand verfolgen ( Fußball WM war Klasse ) tolles Bild. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sollten wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen ist dies unser 1. Anlaufspunkt wenn es um die Übernachtung geht
