wir waren zu 3t dort - sind ambitionierte Skifahrer - Lage des Hotels perfekt für Skigebiet Kitzbühel und Wilder Kaiser - Essen im Hotel sehr gut - unser 3er Zimmer im Stil der 90er Jahre okay - was gar nicht ging es gab keinen Zimmerservice - das geisst kliopapier gibg aus - Buchung war ursprünglich über Expedia - habe 10 mails zum Aufenthalt und zur Zahlung trotz Anzahlung bekommen - das ist nervig - bei 4Sterne S und entsprechend hohen Preisen hätte ich besseres erwartet

Der Rezeptionsbereich gibt einem direkt ein gehobenes entspanntes und gemütliches Gefühl. Wir wurden auf unser Zimmer begleitet und haben vom Hotel ein kostenloses Upgrade der Zimmerkategorie bekommen. Um 15 Uhr gibts einen Nachmittagssnack (Brot, Aufschnitt und Kuchen), Abends hatten wir ein Buffet. Essen war hochwertig, auch beim Frühstück große Auswahl. Ambiente im Restaurant sehr schön, Vollholzverkleidung in unserem Raum (gibt mehrere Räume mit leicht unterschiedlichen Stilen). Der Wellnessbereich erstreckt sich auf drei Etagen, 1. Massagen, 2. Textilfreier Saunabereich und 3. Schwimmbereich. Es gibt eine Sauna, eine Infrarotsauna und zwei Dampfbäder, einen Whirlpool und Ruheraum. Zum schwimmen ein schönes Becken mit Ausblick und daneben einen Whirlpool, ebenfalls mit gutem Ausblick. Wir hatten insgesamt durchgehend das Gefühl, nicht in einem für Massentourismus ausgelegten Hotel sondern wirklich in einem liebevoll und elegant gestalteten Familienhotel zu sein. Empfehlenswert!!

Outstanding Large Hotel

This is a large and very comfortable hotel in the traditional style but much enlarged over the years. The location is a couple of miles outside Kirchburg with easy access to the skiing via a frequent bus which stops directly outside and serves the local lifts and through to Kitzbuhl. The room was large and comfortable and the extensive spa facilities were outstanding. Breakfast and Dinner were a highlight - some of the best we have found in Austria. Very high quality ingredients - the lamb was memorable. Only one minor quibble - our room (123) was in the older part of the hotel towards the front. No problem as such but to get to the restaurant or reception we had to walk past the kitchen entrance with the inevitable smells. A decent extraction fan in the corridor would help. Nevertheless we would certainly return to the Elizabeth.

Great surprize Hotel Elisabeth was nice surprize because of many reasons: perfect location not far from ski slopes and Kitzbüh, very friendly staff making us feel as at home, delicious dinners and very rich breakfast. All in all, wonderful experience. Except, please ask hotel to appoint bellboy to help ladies traveling solo with the luggage. Thank you!

Vier Sterne S sind nicht gerechtfertigt

Das Hotel und der Service weißt viele Schwächen auf. Im Spabereich gibt auf dem Stockwerk mit der Sauna und Dampfbad keine Handtücher, dazu muss man sich in ein anderes Stockwerk begeben, wo ein unmotivierter Mitarbeiter einem zeigt, wo man diese findet. Alle Zugänge für Schwimmbad und Spabereich sind nur mit der Zimmerkarte zu öffenne. Die Duschen im Spabereich funktionieren nur teilweise. Die Seitendüsen sind defekt. Eins der Dampfbäder richt sehr unangenehm. Leere Duschseifenbehälter die normalerweise in der Dusche sich befinden liegen vor den Duschen und werden nicht ersetzt. Zum Duschen hat man keine Seife. Der Behälter für die schmutzigen handtücher ist überfüllt. Leere Becher und sogar Bierdosen stehen herum. Die Einrichtung wirkt nicht sehr gepflegt und man hat den Eindruck keiner kümmert sich darum. Außerdem richt es im Treppenhaus des Spabereichs sehr unangenehm. Am ersten Abend hat man über 20 Minuten auf die kalte Vorspeise gewartet, Die Suppe hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Beim Hauptgang waren die Kartoffeln steinhart, die Bohnen mit Speck kalt und das Fleisch lag schon 2 Stunden zum warmhalten und war trocken. Das Büffet am nächsten Tag war auch nicht besser Verschiedenste Fleischstücke wurden in einem Behälter gelagert. Zudem war auch diese Fleisch kalt. Warme Teller gibt es nicht. Vorlegebesteck liegt auf den Platten und Nachspeisenbuffet war sehr unhygienisch Eis nur mit Eiswürfel gekühlt, alles Obst teilweise mit Schale auf einem Haufen.

Lovely hotel

The stay at this hotel was delightful. The staff were very helpful and the spa area was great. The hotel provided a very welcome lunch. An idyllic setting and would definitely return in the ski season.

Luxe comfortabel hotel, beetje buiten centrum

Mooi hotel. Luxe kamer, fijn bubbelbad. Een puntje van kritiek tav hotels.com zelf.. Op het invulformulier kun je geen hond opgeven. Had dat mogelijk bij opmerkingen moeten doen, maar niet aan gedacht. Nu was de hond niet aan gemeld en waren de hondekamers vergeven, waardoor 50 euro extra moest worden betaald voor grondige schoonmaak. En dat voor 1 nacht :-(. Was mijn eigen fout, maar verzoek dus aan hotels.com om hier een invulveld voor te maken. Campings hebben dat altijd wel.

Exellent hotel in the Tirol alps. Indoor and outdoor pool. Clean and tidy. Top service from the hotel staff. At check-in , we received a welcome drink. Dinner was great and the following breakfast buffet had plenty of things to choose from. Over all, the stay was highly appreciated from the whole family. We will surely come back next year.
