「Close to station, staff helpful, the room facing the wall but still bright. But some of food of breakfast (just like in Apa Nagasaki hotel) it’s really not good. But overall is not bad.」

When I was at Hayato station, I tried to contact the hotel for the request of shuttle, they picked us up immediately even though we had no prior notification for that request before.
The day after, we wanted to visit everwhere in Kirishima but on the same day, we had to go back to the airport. To prevent from taking bulky luggages, they were willing to brought us luggage at Hayato station when we finished visiting, then brought us to the airport by shuttle too. What a nice service that...

洒店職員相當幫忙. 因台風關係, 我們ㄧ行十人須多住ㄧ晩, 洒店職員立即幫我們處理。洒店房價也只跟只前訂房ㄧ樣, 没有加價, 十分欣賞。

Big house and nice bathroom with private dot spring. It was decorated as we were in a cave... very nice and romantic. Good services and nice good. Staff were excellent. Only two issues were no Wi-Fi in the house and no tooth brushes and tooth paste. They provided big bottles of shampoo, rinse and bath gel but just no tooth brushes, tooth paste and shower cap. Good price since the house can accommodate more than 8 people since there are 8 big beds. I wish we went with our friends so .ca. have...
