「We had the most wonderful stay in Nazma's beautiful property. As a host she couldn't be faulted, met us on arrival with the most beautiful and personal greeting. Any queries around the property were responded to promptly. As a property, the house is simply beautiful, and very well stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. 「Wir haben über die Fewo-direkt App gebucht. Gastgeber war jedoch NOVASOL und da liegt schon das Problem. Am Hauptanreisetag Samstag ist die Agentur nur bis 17 Uhr erreichbar. Als wir gegen 18 Uhr eincheckten und neben dem schimmligen Bad auch den Ungezieferbefall im Wintergarten melden wollten und auch ein abgeschlossenes Elektrongerät im Pool vorfanden, war leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort erreichbar. Lediglich die Fewo-direkt Hotline war besetzt, die Mitarbeiter aber nicht befugt, etwas für...

「Fair warning, this place looks nothing like the picture. I ordered linens and towels for $120 and discovered a week before we were due to arrive that we could pick them up and drop them off at a remote location 4 hour round trip from the house. There were no dish towels, no toilet paper and no paper towels. Navasol has very little presence in Denmark so help is hard to comme by!」

「De ligging van de woning is goed. De woning zelf was niet naar onze verwachtignen: de netheid was ondermaats, veel gerief van de eigenaars zelf dat blijven staan was. De eindafrekening verliep niet zonder problemen: we hedden bij reservering gekozen om de eindschoonmaak zelf te doe maar toch stonden de kosten voor de schoonmaak op de eindafrekening.」

「Bei Ankunft war die Unterkunft sehr verdreckt und auch der Aussenbereich ist nicht gepflegt gewesen. Die ganze Terrasse ist voll mit meterhohen Unkraut und der Rasen war auch nicht gemäht. Das Bad ist in einem schlechtem Zustand, siehe Ventilator, Duschvorhang und überall sehr viel Staub wie auf den Lampen etc. Die Fußmatten sind auch nicht mehr hygienisch und mussten eigene kaufen. So etwas sollte neu gewaschen da liegen. Wenn man eine Unterkunft mietet, muss sie bei Ankunft gereinigt sein...
