"The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! We felt welcomed immediately, and they went out of their way to make sure we were taking care of. The property is being renovated, but our room and the main areas were all new and updated. The air conditioner worked great and the water pressure in the shower was really nice. We look forward to staying here again!"

"The entrance and 1st floor look was elegant, the gym room looked good. The hallway leading to the rooms was far short from the 1st level, need a little upgrade. The Room needs a little upgrade there was no USB plugs. There was no ice bucket in the rooms. Bathrooms was nice. Bed was comfortable sleep Good. Continental breakfast was okay"

It was a quick (read: potentially stressful) trip for me and my 2 kiddos and I can honestly say that these little supports took a huge load off. We will definitely stay here again! "

"Relatively clean property and very nice communal living areas with great TV's. Bedrooms were also nice. Great communication with the host as well. Would have preferred a few more kitchen and dining room amenities for our stay but overall, the property was as advertised and served our needs."

"Couch needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned instead of just putting cover over cushions, layer of dust on top of fridge, inside fridge dirty, dishwasher dirty and old, dishes sticky and dirty in cabinet, not given pots/pans/sponge/dishwasher soap, toilet seat broken (had to be careful not to slip off when sitting down, carpets filthy, pull out sofa awful and extra sheets and pillow had definitely not been washed, toilet hadn’t been cleaned and was clogged whole time, layers of dirt in corners in variety of places, trash cans dirty, mattress stained and uncomfortable, sticky remote, had to ask for wifi. I get that this wasn’t a ritzy place but CLEANLINESS should never been an issue in a hotel. This place takes no pride in cleanliness, cuts corners, does lower than pure basics. Someone knocked on my door at 9:30am to see if we were still there, check out isn’t until noon. Breakfast was decent. Don’t stay in this dump. They won’t have my hard earned money again. "
