“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised online. There is no real lobby as shown in the pictures. Check-in is done through a glass window, similar to a basic roadside motel. When I entered my room, I immediately noticed that the bed sheets were dirty and stained. I contacted the front desk and requested clean sheets, but the staff refused, saying they were busy and that because the hotel was full, they had no extra clean……

“The floor was sticky and the refrigerator stunk. Staff and lady doing breakfast was very helpful and nice. The air-conditioning was not working properly. I have always stayed here and it was great. Not this time. I think they had all new staff.”

“Rooms: The rooms were decent. The floors in the hall were a little dirty like the carpet was worn down, possibly needing to be replaced. However, the carpets in the room were ok. The room was nice with a fridge, microwave & desk. I did find it weird there wasn’t a safe in the room. Breakfast: It wasn’t a real continental breakfast. The time was cut short and some selections wasn’t great selections you would usually choose from (some sort of egg cheese blanket, small chopped smoked sausages)……

“room clean but no drawers to put clothing or minimal hanging areas for clothes”

“I love that the works had good customer service skills. I didn’t like that I had to get to the hotel room and get new bedding because there were hair and stains on my bedding. I didn’t like that I got Stuck on the elevator, was happy that the person on duty got me off fast. I liked that the Maintiance team on own brought me towels or other things as needed. That two the second shift team that made things great, It was two young ladies on day shift that was real helpful. The last thing I didn’t……

“We loved the history displayed in the hotel. The room was nice and large. The bed was very comfortable. The only drawback had nothing to do with the hotel. As my husband was going to our car that morning, 2 guys tried to hustle/scare/intimidate him. Be very aware of the outside surroundings.”

“The worse hotel I ever stayed! they were cockroaches, shower Courtin nasty, toilet did not work, the breakfast was a tray of French toast sticks.... Such a bad hotel”

“the place was ok, but the security door on second floor did not work, there where large roaches in my room that i killed, the front desk did not care, when i told him of the roaches he said , yes , they are gettting out of the rain and that is normal , no concern, dont stay here.”

“No Elevator ”

“Hotel is clean but not well maintained. Room was clean except the comforters were visibly dirty (like someone ate Cheetos and wiped theirs hands) but sheets and bathroom were clean. Bathroom tub was terrible why I’m giving 3 star. Needs replacing and shower head was pulled out of wall and old. Breakfast was good. Will stay again but hopefully have better maintained bathroom. Area is fine just off I49.”
