There is ample and safe parking space. The front side of the house has a balcony which gives a refreshing view of Kisii town. The house has a well spaced living room with 2 couches, 4 sitter dinning table, 32" TV; two bedrooms with a double bed in each room; a bathroom; a toilet and a well furnished kitchen.
The home enjoys a mix of rural and urban life. Its 5 minutes derive from Kisii CBD and is near the market, yet the place has a silent environment.
