“The overall experience improved during the stay but the hotel reception didn’t even know we were booked and calls had to be made to the manager to confirm the online booking. We were unable to contact the hotel directly (the advice given on the Expedia website) for our late arrival as the landline number was not working. There was no coffee available for breakfast on the first morning ( a basic ) and were forced to go out to a nearby cafe. We had to ask for hot water in the room for a shower as……
