This is the third time we have vsited the area and we have finally found the accommodation we will return to without a doubt.

Spazioso appartamento a 200m dalla spiaggia

Appartamento spazioso e pulito, dotato di tutto l'occorrente(TV, condizionatore, kit di benvenuto), in un contesto che nel mese di settembre è risultato pulito e silenzioso. Vicino ad una lunga spiaggia (c'è di meglio sull'isola, noi non ci siamo mai andati). Ottima e abbondante colazione preparata ogni mattina dalla madre della proprietaria. Bella anche la piscina comune agli appartamenti. Gestori cortesi e disponibili. Unica pecca Kissamos che non ha nulla da offrire (solo qualche ristorante sullo scarno lungomare) ma è un buon punto di partenza per le migliori spiagge dell'isola (balos, falasarna). Sicuramente da consigliare anche dopo aver visto altre sistemazioni nei nostri 10 giorni di soggiorno.

מקום מקסים, קטן, מאוד נעים ושקט. נהנינו מאוד מחופשה עם ילדים, המטבח מאובזר ונח, מיקום בלב הטבע ושרות מצויין מבעלי המקום. 35ד׳ מהעיר חאניה , שעה מחוף באלוס המדהים ושעה מחוף אלפוניסי - החופים היפים ביותר בכרתים!!! מומלץ בחום

Griechische Gastfreundschaft

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir aufs herzlichste mit einer Flasche Wein, Olivenoel weiteren kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten begruesst. Wir verbrachten entspannte 2 1/2 Wochen dort und wuerden jedezeit wieder hinfahren.

Disappointing

I was really looking forward to staying here as it all looked so lovely on the internet. When we arrived we were shown into an apartment which seemed smaller than the pictures on the website. The kitchen area was very tatty and had obviously suffered a serious leak from above. Because of this the light in this area did not work so this was in darkness once the sun went down. The owner said he would ring his electrician but this was not fixed during our stay. When we opened the kitchen cupboards, to our horror, we discovered a cockroach! There were no backs on these cupboard so it was easy to see how these creatures could hide. The owner took everything out of the cupboards and washed it and sprayed the next day but you can imagine that we did not feel very comfortable in that apartment, especially as we had no light in the kitchen to see if there were others. Also the bathroom ceiling was very damp & we watched over the days as 2 large mushrooms grew on the ceiling. All part of the damp problem I think. The owner agreed to move us but we still had to spend the 1st 4 nights in this unpleasant apartment. (We had paid in advance, otherwise we would have left.) We then spent 8 nights in a much nicer, clean, more modern apartment. I think it was just the 1st apartment where there were obvious problems and this should not be used until it is sorted out, more peolpe went into it after us. On a good note, the swimming pool (very deep with diving board) and garden were lovely.

I wouldn't come back

I spent two weeks in Crete and been spending my time there in a couple of places. Without any doubt this one was the worst, things to mention: ants in the apartment (quickly dealt with by staff member), heating pipes sticking out of the floor (no radiators), moldy bottom of the shaver curtain, rusty shutters hinges, worn out battery in the clock on the kitchen wall, front doors that would do with some painting. Small bits and bobs but leaving you with the impression that this place needs some TLC. Sorry but if it is called "apartment" I really expect something more. Defo will avoid this place in the future.
