The house was very nice but we could not get the heat to meet temperature for 24 hours and we had no hot water for two days. We contacted the Management company and they stated that we were probably using the showers too much to recover. I explained that no one took showers for two days , as we reported it when we arrived. I asked for a credit but got no response other than management saying nothing was wrong with the home. After they sent a maintenance man on day two, the hot water worked for the last evening that we were there. Very disappointing
