「The property is pleasant to the eye at first glance but the front desk could really use improvement with their communication. For example, after signing the check in acknowledgment (pretty standard and the expedia fees were in order), I was visited by the front desk in my room where I was told there would be an additional per day package rate of 1500 shillings x the total number of days we planed to stay.
