「Close to ORIX Theatre. Around 20min walk to main shopping street, slightly far away but acceptable. Convenient to have free coffee and tea in lobby, safe luggage storage service. A 24-hr supermarket nearby! For the room, basic but sufficient setting. Good value for business people and tourists who just need a room for sleeping and shower.」

「Staff are nice and helpful!」

「Stayed here every time when I was in Osaka. Excellent location and high quality of room accommodating experience」

Convenient location and clean rooms. What I was satisfied with was the quick reply to my room confirmation email」

「Overall hotel service was great as it was clean and rooms were spacious. It would have been better if they could check us in correctly for bookings of 3 families, staff was not very polite upon finding their own mistakes.」

「Very good service」
