「Staying here was such a wonderful experience! The house is right under the Tokyo Skytree, with shopping and restaurants all around, and the subway station just a short walk away. The home was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed — from a big kitchen and fridge to laundry and plenty of beds. 「We were a group of 7 adults visiting Japan for the 1st time. The home was spacious and the rooms gave us plenty of privacy. The beds were very comfortable. The host was available to answer any questions. The toilet room’s downstairs were a little narrow, but the one on the second floor was spacious. I wish the host provided another set of keys for a big group. Overall, the stay was excellent. 」

Apartment was clean with close access to trains but host never bothered to tell us the place was located right in the middle of Korea Town which is not what we would want for a once in a lifetime stay in Toyko! Check in was terrifying after 20 hours of travel as the host neglected to inform us the key lock code was changed. Lots of difficulty regulating the heat and host was not as helpful with that as we would have expected. Never responded when we said we...
