The staff were amazing, very friendly. Breakfast was great selection and kid friendly. Pool area was great , grandson had a fantastic time. The only thing i wasnt impressed with was the bathroom counter was not clean, there was soap marks from previous guests on the counter in 3 different spots, i cleaned it myself , but i then wondered what else wasnt cleaned.

It was a fast check in ! I went to get a complimentary water out of the cooler that they have and it tipped open my arm ….was a sharp corner ….omg the blood and my arm looks awful ! Going to be a huge scar! Was going to tell the front desk but totally huge lineup and I was bleeding like crazy! Also Ac unit is in a closet between bed and washroom and it is so noisy like rumbling !

Great spot for families; breakfast buffet in the lobby with lots of options, coffee/latte machine that you can access any time of day, pool is a good size and beds were comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping and less than a 25 minute drive to the African Lion Safari.

The staff made me feel at home, and they get to know the guests, and a very polite. The Hotel has a nostalgic feel to it, it's old, but very comfortable. Bed for me was excellent, indoor pool and hot tub fantastic bonus. It made an excellent base for me while in Cambridge. I shall return, and can't wait to see what they will do with the upcoming renovations.

We arrived about 90 minutes before 3pm checkin time and front staff checked to have our room ready within 20 minutes. Overall staff we encoutered were very helpful and pleasant. The cleanliness of the room met our expectations - but the a/c fan was a little noisy. It would have been helpful to have some 'signage' indicating the route to take to get back onto the 401 E/W - but we figured this out through the use of WAZE.

This hotel, although a little older, is very well maintained and clean. Beds were very comfortable, pool was clean. Breakfast staff were attentive and efficient. I would stay here again.

This hotel is in a good location . The kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel is in need of updating, though. The A/C unit in the room we had was very loud and ran continuously. Black out drapes were appreciated. Breakfast was good and staff was great.

As we travelled in early August, we would have the air conditioner on, but that meant a plain sounding fan would run the entire time while you slept. Definitely is looking its age. Staff is friendly, and the breakfast was great.

Coffee was great! I chose this place for the free breakfast. The pool and hot tub were a plus. The elevator was dead slow some times and we took the stairs down from the 7th floor The bathroom needed more lighting, the toilet kept running. Over $200 is a lot for a room like that but that seems to be the cost of travel.

I loved the property. Close to highway 401. Shopping around and quite variety of stores suits for shopping trip Only problem was the room was dusty man! We appreciated the comfort of the room, as well as the complimentary breakfast and coffee. However, the pool area did not appear very clean, as there was an unusual odor. Additionally, we would have appreciated more accessible power outlets to charge our electronic devices.
