It was close to the downtown so a ten minute walk takes youto some great restaurants! It also has a play area that includes bowling, mini golf, ping pong and some video games. The pool was nice as well.

The hotel was really clean, beds very comfy, friendly staff and it was quiet at night. The building is a bit awkward from the opened parking as we had to go through several doors and walk through an alley way to get into the hotel building, although it was very well marked. It was a bit of a maze lol but overall a very nice hotel and clean.

We recently stayed at this hotel during a cycling trip and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Before booking, we called the hotel directly to confirm that we could store our bikes safely in the hotel — a key factor in our decision to stay here. We were told this would not be a problem. However, upon arrival, we were informed that bikes were not allowed in the rooms. Instead, they directed us to a bike rack in the parking garage, claiming it was secure and monitored by a camera. In reality, the area was easily accessible by simply walking around a gate — no keycard or security measures were required. As cyclists with higher-end bikes, we were placed in an uncomfortable position after having made our booking in good faith, based on the hotel’s initial assurances. If you're traveling with bikes, I strongly recommend confirming the hotel's current policies in writing. We would not rebook here, if traveling by bike.

Liked: Location is great, right downtown and convenient to amenities including good restaurants and a transit station. Staff were efficient and friendly. Room was clean, fresh, spacious and in excellent working order (except for an ancient air conditioner). Disliked: The depressing decor. Uniform dark brown enlivened only with spots of dull gold and (in the bathroom) lime green. Tried to open the curtains to dispel the gloom and found the view was of the blacktopped hotel roof + construction site in the background. Not a deal breaker, but not particularly inviting, either.

From the parking to the lobby was hard to get to when you have all your luggage. Too many doors that are automatc. Not enough handicapped parking. We had to park at the end of parking garage. Very hard to navigate the streets to get into the parking entrance.

Dear Expedia Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent hotel stay I booked through your platform on July 8, 2025. Upon arrival, we noticed a strong musty odour in the hallway leading to our room. Inside the room, the air conditioning was set to 16°C, which only worsened the smell. After stepping out for dinner and returning to go to bed, both my wife and I experienced significant discomfort. Her breathing was laboured, and we both had burning sensations in our eyes due to the poor air quality in the room. I contacted the front desk, and the night manager responded by relocating us to another room. Unfortunately, this was a smaller room with a queen bed, not the king-sized room we originally paid for. While the air quality was slightly better in the new room, it was still a downgrade. The night manager assured us that he would inform the day manager of our situation for appropriate follow-up. The next morning, after breakfast, we approached the front desk to discuss the issue and request either a refund or a complimentary stay to account for the downgrade and health discomfort caused by the musty conditions. To our surprise, we were abruptly told that nothing could be done because our booking was made through Expedia. In addition to the above, we experienced several other unacceptable issues during our stay:    •   Dirty towels and cups in the dining area    •   Old coffee being served at breakfast    •   A toilet that overflowed
