Good location, Disappointed in Stay

The location is good, the house is big and nice which was good for a large group. However, there were several things that made our stay uncomfortable and lowered the rating. We stayed with a group of 4 couples in the home for 2 nights, there were only 6 towels in the whole place though we had noted the amount of guests. No washcloths. The backyard's grass was very high/overgrown and thetefore that space was not useable, the temperature was really hot in the home and when we tried to adjust, it was noted that this is controlled offsite. I messaged the host saturday morning to adjust this and turn on ghe A/C and never got a reply (not sure if it was done or not). The guest room beds are all VERY hard, so beware if this is not your preference. There is also a tennant that lives downstairs in this home, a feature that VBROs advertise does not happen (we were told when given the passcode). We were coming home from a wedding late and felt we had to be extra quiet. Parking was good, things were clean, the Tv was great, just these little things that made it hard to be comfortable overall, which added up to the less than 5-star experience.
