Property exactly as described matched photos perfectly. Host was super helpful. Property was super clean!! Beds were a bit uncomfortable but not terrible. Wonderful easy stay. Beautiful modern appears just renovated.

Warm, Welcoming and Homey!

The property had everything we needed and more: drinks in the fridge, books for readers of all ages, a well-stocked bathroom, a modern kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful artwork on the walls, plenty of storage, and it was bright, clean, quiet and spacious. The owner was very accommodating, the instructions for check-in were clear and the neighbourhood was lovely. This was my first time visiting Guelph and thanks to my stay in this rental, I will cherish my positive memories of this trip.

Great location, great stay!

Would love to come back another time, we visit family at least a couple of times a year, this was a convenient location and good for us to have our dogs with us.

Super clean and tidy little place

It has all you need. Perhaps not the most centrally located and not a fab neighbourhood, but nothing is that far away in Guelph and the place was very nicely set up. The communication was spot on. I would say that you will need to bring slippers or warm socks as they want you to take you shoes off (of course you should!) but the floor was cold on the feet. Other than that - perfect for the priece.
