Staff were kind and courteous. Check in and check out was easy. Bed was comfortable. For the rate though the room was terribly outdated, TV did not work. Bathroom was small and shower did not work well. We only stayed here because it was within walking distance of a work function. Would not recommend until upgrades have been completed (they are currently working on the hallways).

The hotel should let you know it is undergoing major renovations. We had a brand-new room which was a plus. The hallways smelt like paint and drywall dust which was a minus.

Place is under renovation. Better sound proofed doors would be better too. Aside from that can't complain too much for the cost. AC working

Property was under reno where half the property was run down and half was newly renovated, including our room. Aside from some missing items: hand soap, a 3rd set of towels as our reservation stated 3, as well ice bucket and garbage bin in the room (not only in the bathroom). We were quite happy with the reno. Our room of 2 beds was roomy and modern, beds were firm and loved the carpet-less floor! Only constructive feedback would be perhaps an addition of another source or light or a lamp in the far corner (away from door). Would completely stay here again if we return to the area. Very conveniently located with eatery/restaurant and shopping w/in walking distance.

The hotel was under renovations but it didn’t affect my stay. They upgraded my room for free which was great. The room was clean and nice but it could have used more lighting. All in all it was a nice experience and there were a multitude of restaurants with in a short walk.

The hotel is very dirty and horrible. The carpet of the room is always wet. The parking lot is ugly and near the garbage disposal. The cleaning staff left our door wide opened the whole day one time. There is always bugs in the bathroom. Whenever we came back to our room it would always smell bad and humid.

Even though the place is under renovation--currently the entire first floor is being worked on, we were there on a Saturday night, so no work was going on. The room we had, not yet renovated, was very nice and comfortable, quiet, good AC, comfortable bed. We liked it and would go back.
