“The staff was wonderful! The location was great, the rooms and facilities were clean, and there was plenty of parking.”

“I enjoyed the space. There was plenty of room for me and all 6 of my kids. The outdoor space where the fire pits are was very well kept, and the shared space around there, my kids really enjoyed it. I did not like that it seemed very outdated. The TV in the living room would not work, and the lights in the living room did not work. The shower upstairs had I think black mold on the bottom of the shower in the corners. And the parking spot had ivy that was over grown and the bush next to it had……

“The home is darling with all the amenities anyone could ask for! Checking-in was a challenge because the code would not work on the door and it took a really long time to get ahold of someone to help, but I’m sure they have fixed the issue at this point. ”

“Lovely space full of thoughtful touches. We had a few minor hiccups with needing the door code reset and extra supplies, but otherwise we were totally wowed - the adorable heated smart toilet, surround sound system for the TV, quality cozy bedding, and beauty of this lovely property with Mt Rainier views being standouts. It’s quick access to both Seattle and the Snoqualmie area nature. Highly recommend and would love to be back. ”

“We couldn’t use a unit because the door code was wrong. Guest service was not helpful and repeatedly asking if we know how to use the lock. We ended up squeezing 11 people in 3 rooms at 12:30am, with makeshift beds and jackets as comforters. Nobody slept well that night. Manager refused to offer reasonable refund or even call back to address the issue. It’s a nightmare experience and but we didn’t even receive a formal apology. Stay away at all cost.”

“This is the 4th year our family (3 generations including the grandkids, now ages 5-8) have spent a long weekend at this large, beautiful, and comfortable house. This year we enjoyed a relaxing time, as always, and also loved seeing a great blue heron by the pond and a doe walking through the yard. We definitely hope to return.”
