Walk right out to the infinity pool (mind you we were on the 1st floor, and there is an elevator for the other condos), which starts as a wading pool, but with bar seats midway and a deep end up to 8ft. They use salt instead of chemicals to sanitize the pool also, very well maintained. And QUIET! We felt like the only ones there as it appears as only 12 condos make up the whole building. “The room was nice, clean, and large. The free "made to order" breakfast was wonderful, and the service was amazing. The pool area was small, but there were several loungers with tables. Beach chairs, towels, and bags were provided for guests which was a nice amenity considering the close proximity to the beach”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sunshine suites. All of the staff were helpful in answering questions and given recommendations on where to go, calling for a cab or any other needs. I also appreciated that we had full access to the amenities at the Westin Hotel right across the street that definitely helped to make our stay more enjoyable and affordable.”

“Overall it was a nice stay and close to many of the popular sites and restaurants in seven mile beach. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice but options were the same each day. Also the resort fee was a bit high as many of the amenities offered are provided at other hotels without resort fees.”

“The room came stocked with everything you need, including a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The pool area was large, clean, and there were plenty of lounge chairs available during our stay. The closeness to the beach was great, just a very short walk. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Eliminate all the too many fees. 18% tip is up to me and not them. They could improve on food for children selection. Other than that it was a nice stay. Beach is starting to come back and water is spectacular I’d come back for sure but please don’t tax us to death”
