「This was our 5th trip to Grand Cayman. We love the West Bay Area as it is more quiet than SMB. I also thought it would convenient as I was planning on doing lots of diving and the condo is right next to the West Bay dock. The condo was smaller than I expected. We felt a little cramped. The outside space is nice, but also somewhat intimate—you get to know your neighbors, which can be a good or bad thing. In our case our neighbors on one side were somewhat loud tended to take over the pool space...

Despite the condo’s excellent location, the potential presence of other guests can be surprising, especially as VRBO usually offers entire property rentals. I was taken aback when three unknown men entered the condo one afternoon without prior notice, while my wife, teenage daughter, and I were in one room and another woman was renting another room....

The rooftop patio is the perfect place to enjoy Cayman sunsets and you can easily walk along the beach to several hotels and restaurants for a meal or drink. 「I was super nervous about booking with a newish listing on VBRO but this place was so close to the Turtle Centre so I went for it. I do not regret anything! We would definitely stay there again! We felt safe in this peaceful little area. Yes there was construction all around but that didnt bother us a bit. Lots of facebook groups said not to stay in west end but we had 0 issues at all. We went to the Turtle centre 5 times, dolphin discovery, did a tour with Captin Marvins to snorkel the barrier...

「The property is amazing everything kept. At first we were worried about the shared space but it was no problem plenty of room and there is shared food which was a help. Shaggy and Rovie are excellent hosts and they keep you informed of every dive or boat trip. The boat trip was great because we weren’t with the cruise ship tourists and did everything at our leisure. The diving and snorkeling is the best I have ever done. Beautiful dives. Thank you again!」
