I stayed two nights here, my first room didn't have hot water for showers and the second room's thermostat battery was low and the air conditioning wasn't working properly as a result. Plus check out is super early at 10 am for some reason, and their policy is to charge you $25 to extend it to 11am. It would be much more convenient for customers if the check out were at 11am or 12pm. On the plus side, the hotel had a lot of amenities and was very clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating where they were able.

The biggest disappointment was that this is not a beach-front property but rather sits behind another property that’s actually on the beach. Second biggest disappointment is that it’s the part of Seven Mile that experienced severe erosion and thus isn’t actually a beach at all. We were just there for the eclipse for one night, but it was still all good to know for next time.

Location is excellent due to proximity to everything - beach, restaurants, snorkeling sites, grocery store etc. I would recommend keeping some equipment for water activities such as kayak, paddle board etc. that can be checked out to help people enjoy more of the beach activities.

Everything was great. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The place had all the comforts of home and was very clean. The pool area was very nice and spacious with plenty of chairs. Location was also very convenient in walking distance to shops and camana Bay. The beach shuttle is a welcomed treat for days whe. You want to explore beyond.

This is a great hotel, has everything you need. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub is fantastic and the rooms are big and well stocked. Overall would visit again. Lots of activities to do within the resort as well.

The apartment was perfect. We literally had everything we needed. Traveled and stayed for a week with a small child. The place was very clean. There is a nice pool where every one likes to hang out and they do have some activities some nights. We really appreciated the big fridge, washer and dryer. Beach towels, cooking utensils and cooking pans are available in the unit. We felt very safe and comfortable. The balcony was large with a dining table and chairs and screened in so we could leave our balcony door open to the apartment and enjoy the refreshing Caribbean breeze. This place was perfect. I will be coming back!!

Great place for a family! Laundry, kitchen, big family room, large screened-in balcony. 1 king bed in the main bedroom, with an ensuite. 2 double beds in the second bedroom m, separate bathroom. Activities, transportation to beaches, shopping etc. Great pool and pool area. Wonderful staff!! Highly recommended!

2 bedrooms and laundry! Nice screened in porch to relax in. Downfall was there isn’t a beach to sit on bc of erosion. We had a car so we were able to visit beaches throughout the island. The property also offers shuttles to beaches.

The property overall was a decent value for the price. It needs some upgrading of rooms and facilities, but for a short stay it was fine. There is absolutely no beach at the hotel so be prepared to walk or drive to a beach. The pool was small but relaxing. While I probably would not stay here again, it worked out fine for us this time.

Location and staff. Pool was nice and jacuzzi too. Great location to best local restaurants, Campana Bay is a beautiful nearby shopping center with great grocery store with hot food. Did not feel we needed a car because of the location and great bus service to different beaches.

The room was very large and the kitchen had all the amenities needed for cooking and groceries. Loved the screened in balcony and the pool. The staff, especially Grace, was amazing! We appreciated the daily shuttles to the beach and the activities they offered at the resort. The location was perfect! The public bus was super easy to use. We did not need to rent a car for this stay. Plenty of great restaurants and bars in easy walking range. The beach was also within walking distance and great for swimming and snorkeling. I can’t wait to stay at Seven Mile Beach Resort and Club again!

We moved to this resort after spending a week on the east end! We absolutely loved it. Although the beach us non existent, its not hard or far to get to good beach! The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful! The only set back was our safe didn't work nor the living room tv, but both very minor issues! Also a couple of restaurants in walking distance and catching a bus was easy! We will return!
