Home and location lovely; property needs care.
This is a lovely house with lots of room and privacy. Unfortunately, there were many things that detracted from our total enjoyment, but I feel this was the responsibility of the management company, and the owner might not be aware of the less than ideal condition of the property. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, but the kitchen drawers and cabinets were messy and filled with random unrelated items, and the trash area was filthy. The BBQ was also filthy and unusable. Several screens were broken - on the main slider leading to the living room desk, in particular - and the doors could not be left open. The area under the house was strewn with trash and broken chairs and toys. We were not expecting the infestation of bugs at night, and this proved to be so unpleasant to deal with that we weren't sure whether we wanted to stay. They would blow in if the slider was opened even a crack and cover the ceilings and walls by the thousands. We were forced to spray the room with bug spray and then leave, but think that perhaps there is a way to spray outside to control them so they don't come in at all. For the price we paid, we were disappointed to find these problems and won't be considering this property in the future.
