Both seasoned chefs and casual cooks in the family will find the kitchen well stocked with everything needed to prepare the perfect seaside feast. There is plenty of room for the whole family at Crystal Sands. Whether you seek a quite spot in the den to enjoy a book or the large gathering area in the living room for a challenging boardgame with the family, Crystal Sands offers plenty of room to spread out.
All 5 bedrooms feature private, furnished decks perfect for taking in the sun or enjoying a cup of coffee. Did we mention sunsets over the sound? There's no better place to take in the sunsets than to head to the community soundside pier. As part of the Tuckahoe Neighborhood, you will find community amenities galore during your vacation including an outdoor community pool and tennis courts (just 2 houses away), a soundside dock perfect for launching kayaks, paddle boards or jet skis, and a community gazebo and 200-foot soundside pier which is the perfect place to relax and watch the boats go by. Crystal Sands is just a short walk to Downtown Duck with its park, soundfront boardwalk, and more. If you're feeling adventurous, you can also head to Roanoke Island and Hatteras Island for a bit of history.

Nice location to the pool and not far from beach

The house accommodated our family with the required bedrooms and bathrooms. We liked how close to the pool. Also liked the short distance to walk to the beach. We didn’t like the clutterness. We didn’t like the raised steps on the third level. We kept falling off or stumbling up these throughout the stay. We didn’t like all the glass surfaces having young children running around increasing the chance of injuries. But overall it was an okay place to stay.
