Everything was very nice with the exception of no hot water in 2.5 bathrooms and the kitchen.One master bedroom had hot water.Not sure if the snow storm was the issue or if part of the hot water was cut off per normal.Had a great time, nice home.

Amazing spot
House was beautiful, setting perfect. Communication with property management could be improved- there were no check out instructions provided via email and conflicting check out times (10am vs 4pm). Starting at 930 there was someone staring at the house, presumably waiting for us to check out, which was a bit annoying.. other that that, really great.
Noticed some disturbing water damage on the ceiling in family room. Master tub jets don’t work. No starter dishwasher soap or hand soap. These were not negative impacts to our stay but more information to pass along. Thank you for letting us stay. We will rebook.
Beautiful location and well kept home. They were having issues with AC but in the works to replace
Went very smoothly. The AC was not working off and on but as soon as we reported it they were on it. The owner is going to be replacing the AC. Wasn’t an issue for us as we were there in a week that was cool in the upper 60’s mid 70’s. Brindley beach did a great job answering any questions we had.
Rental agent was extremely helpful. The layout of the house was very nice. The property could definitely use some improvements as far as TLC. Furniture was stained, bed pillows were stained as well. The extra blankets in the closets were either stained or had holes. The HE washing machine was new, but you could smell it it when you walked in the door. Some of the cooking pans as well as the dish ware had dry food on them. The floors felt sticky to bare feet. The one screen door on the back of the house would not latch or close properly. Would definitely stay in the area, but not this property.
