02 Topside Duck

House was wonderful, large and clean with a great swimmingpool. Only complaint is that there was no soap at all in any of the bathrooms or in the kitchen. Usually there is at least some hand soap in the houses, but there was nothing at all. Master bedroom (king bed) had broken window blind - that was corrected by a maintenance person who showed up one day. However, he fixed the broken blind but broke the hanger of another blind. He never came back to fix. that one. Overall it was a great stay.

A lot of steps. The knives in the kitchen were so dull you couldn’t use them

Relaxing get away

Location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. Everything was clean. Would recommend for larger groups. Hot tub and pool were very nice and had lots of use.

Friends Retreat

We had a wonderful time at the property. Easy walk (5 mins) to the beach if we wanted to go. Close location to restaurants. House decor is dated but it didn't bother our group - we were there for the location. Hot tub is small (3 people) but we just took turns. Overall great place!

Great visit

Great location! The house was perfect for our group (13 people)! Plenty of space to relax-enough sleeping room and bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub.
