This level has two master suites: one King and one Queen plus a bedroom with 2 Twin beds that a hall bath (shower/tub combo). All bedrooms have access to covered decks, facing either towards the front or the back of the house. This level also has a sitting area with deck access.
GROUND LEVEL:
There is one bedroom with 2 Bunk Bed sets and a large bathroom with shower/tub combo. The laundry area is nearby and there is exterior access to the outside pool (16' x 36') and a hot tub. There is also a large Lounge area with a mini-fridge as a great place to relax while being close to the outside pool patio. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.
