"Very nicely located, slightly elevated above Jochberg which provided great views in all directions.
The staff was very accommodating to our needs and very helpful in directing us to exquisite dining in the area, including their excellent restaurant. The pool and spa was enjoyed as well.
We will be returning to this fine establishment!"
"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the staff really made us feel welcome. The room was big, spotless, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the highlights was the friendly owner who even handed out free beer—such a nice personal touch!
The restaurant was a real gem, serving authentic Italian food at very fair prices. It’s rare to find such quality and value together. Families will especially appreciate the great playground and toys for the kids, which kept our little ones entertained for hours. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the sauna was a great way to unwind at the end of the day."

It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us.

"We had a great week at this Tyrollean hotel. We were very pleased with our large room which had a comfortable sitting area as well as a balcony with views over the mountains. We especially enjoyed the food on our half board stay. The swimming pool was a great place for a dip after a day’s hiking. The hotel staff were friendly and always happy to help. "
