Nice, alpine retreat.

Easy to find, plenty of parking, friendly and quick check-in eith a lovely, comfortable room. The dinner buffet was really good!

Good stay

Great hotel for a stay in St Johann. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe, the staff were all very helpful. Good breakfast and dinner was varied. I particularly wanted a room with a balcony and there was nothing else in St Johann to compare price wise. Great e bike hire virtually next door & about a 10 minute walk into town. Raining when I left taxi to station was 10 euros. Would stay again

Everything overall was good except for us spending some time in the lobby and our kids were running around being 5 years old. The front desk lady asked us to tell them to stop. I think this was a very bad look for a family friendly hotel. The staff in breakfast area were amazing.

Nice mountain hotel but not very comfortable stay

Nice mountain hotel directly by the ski slope. I really like the breakfast and sauna zone. There was no air condition in the room, couple in the next room were sitting on their balcony and smoking all-day-long, so we could not have our window open because of the smoke. And without the air condition there was no way to bring air into the room, so it was hot and vitiated air.

Great experience!

The hotel is wonderful, it is new, clean and the service is perfect! The restaurant is perfect offering a great breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately the view is not the best one. And the dinner should be offered until 21:00/22:00hrs.

Great hotel for skiing with kids. Adjacent to ski school and hire shop. Easy walk to main gondola along snowy track (can ski with poles, walk with snowboard boots was fine). Impeccably clean with friendly staff. Walk into town takes about 10 mins but there are buses. Free pass to excellent local swimming pool.

Not as advertised and hostile management

Aspects of this hotel are not as advertised. As i suffer from vertigo, i need to use the gym first thing in the morning. The gym is advertised as 24/7 but i was shouted at for using it at 6.30. I was then told that only the machines are allowedbefore 7am which was of no use to me. Much of the equipment - weights, medicine balls, pictured, etc. were not available.

Da det er et meget børnevenligt hotel, er der en del larm. Ikke ryger hotel er så som så, da der ryges meget på altanerne. Meget venligt receptions personale. Morgenmaden ok, Hotellet bærer præg af at det er til børnefamilier og unge der vil bo tæt på pister.

Otel çok güzel, kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetli. Akşam yemekleri de çeşitli ve lezzetli. Odalar temiz. Ailecek kalınabilecek bir otel. Eğer trenle başka kayak merkezine gidecekseniz tren istasyonuna uzak kalıyor. Sankt Johann da kalacaksanız yeri çok iyi.

Aufgrund einer Erkrankung meiner Frau konnte ich den gemeinsamen Urlaub mit meiner Frau nicht wahrnehmen. Ein kostenloser Storna war aufgrund meiner festen Buchung nicht mehr möglich. Trotz einer Kulanzanfrage an das Management wurde ein Ausgleich (z. B. Gutschein) abgelehnt. Pech gehabt und 4 Übernachtungen mit HP sind futsch.Schade denn ich habe schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Das Personal vor Ort ist nett, die Zimmer passen auch, das Essen ist guter Durchschnitt, aber ich werde dort nicht mehr übernachten. Im Moment ist neben dem Hotel eine Baustelle die tagsüber Lärm verursacht.

Nettes Personal, Zimmer und Betten waren ok, Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen als Buffet) war ausreichend aber Durchschnitt. Eine Baustelle mit dementsprechender Tätigkeit und Lautstärke war direkt neben dem Hotel. Abends war aber Ruhe angesagt. Leider wurde aufgrund einer Erkrankung und vorzeitiger Abreise keine Kulanz gewährt. Das finde ich sehr kleinlich da 4 Übernachtungen nicht genutzt wurden. Eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit auf Basis eines Gutscheines hätte dem Hotel nicht weh getan und hätte eine neue Buchung gewährleistet. Schade aber somit werde ich hier nicht mehr übernachten.
