"Great location, super modern and clean, staff was very friendly and even had a birthday card for my daughter and let us use a Polaroid camera to make memories. They saw us dressed up in kimonos and came outside to take pictures of us. Even told us where to pose so you could see the beautiful temple in the background. Overall, this was a beautiful place and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend"

"家族旅行での滞在において、広くて快適なホテルでした。チェックインは無人でしたが、事前に送られてきたメールから情報入力を済ませておいたので、すぐにチェックインが出来ました。近くに本館があるようで、困ったら近くのホテルのスタッフがサポートしてくれるようで安心ですね。ホテルの部屋は一般的なホテルではなく、まるで家に泊まっているかのような広さと便利な設備があり、ベッドの枕元には十分な電源がありました。風呂とトイレも別で、浴室乾燥機能があるのはありがたいですね。子供の服も洗濯してすぐに乾燥できたのはとても便利でした。近くにはコンビニやマクドナルドもあり、食事には困りませんでした。難波まで少し歩きますが、それまでの商店街がサブカルチャーの店も多く、その店を見るのを楽しみながら歩いているとあっという間でした。まあ大阪に旅行する際は是非利用したいと思います。"

"We had a wonderful stay! The location was one of the best parts—everything we wanted to see was easy to reach. We were able to walk or take a short train ride to Dotonbori, Umeda, Universal Studios Japan, shopping areas, restaurants, and many of Osaka’s main attractions. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel made a great base for exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka."

"The hotel was clean and conveniently located, about a 5 to 10-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional, with quick and efficient check-in and check-out. English-speaking staff were available, making communication easy. My only feedback is that the number of laundry machines was insufficient to meet demand, especially in the evenings when many guests were doing their laundry, resulting in long waiting times."
