“スタッフの方が、とても対応よく心地良かったです。浴場の更衣室に、髪の毛が多かったのが…ちょっと残念でした。スリッパを間違われたので、目印か何かあると嬉しいかもしれません。ドライヤーが、部屋にも設置されているお知らせがあると良いかもしれません。”

“一到旅館，旅館員工便來接待，還細心叫我坐下，不用在前台站著，然後又詳細地跟我介紹旅館。還帶我看看溫泉沿場的環境。因為旅館沒有電梯，服務員會幫忙把行李搬到房間，還貼心說退房的時候把行李放在房間，服務員會幫忙拿下來。旅館環境雖細小但挺舒服的溫泉浴場男女湯會每日互換，唯一不足是其中一個浴場太細小了，如果有其他人一起泡會挺尷尬的。如果來京都又想住溫泉旅館又不想太花費，這是個不錯的選擇”

“Get little spot to unwind from a day of walking. The hot sping baths where amazing and nice that you could book some personal time.”

“This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that……

“Far walk for us and dinner is exotic and different. But absolutely beautiful place. Clean and amazing private onsen. We loved the gift shop and they gave us robes to use. Breakfast buffet excellent. Overall wonderful visit, would recommend and wish i can go again someday. ”

“Very nice authentic onsen hotel, conveniently located just next to the Togetsu-kyo bridge. Private bath in room is also nice and clean, food is good up to general onsen hotel standard, you can see food has been prepared with lots of thought.”
