“Buena ”

“The first 3 days when Iryna worked it was WONDERFUL as she went over and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. On the morning of check out, the front desk clerk was no way to be found - we had to call the hotel phone several times and then she would come from downstairs. The table where we ate breakfast was not cleared for at least an hour while other guests passed by and had to eat near it. I asked her for assistance to get my bag down the step and she told me it was not her job, but she……

“Great location, peaceful and beautiful. Owner cannot do enough to make your stay pleasant. If you want a great night sleep this is the place. One of the best place I have ever stayed. The bedroom are really spacious and spotless and really comfortable. ”

“Not worth of 5 star and the room looks old. Wifi and TV are not working and the air cons is noisy”

“Great location near the Charles Bridge, handy for sightseeing on both sides of the river. 10 mins walk from Metro A. Comfortable bed, clean room, great breakfast. Only niggle was the wifi signal didnt always make it to the garden rooms. Situated in a nice square with some good places to eat and drink. ”
