Welcome to The Tipsy Turtle, a spacious and family-friendly vacation rental located inside the beautiful Running Y Resort. With room for up to 12 guests, this home is perfect for family trips, group getaways, resort stays, and adventures throughout Southern Oregon.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, spa soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home and share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A dedicated office near the front entry doubles as additional sleeping space, giving larger groups plenty of room to spread out.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, full coffee bar, cozy gas fire place, comfortable gathering spaces, fast Wi-Fi, game table, selfie wall, fire pit for smores, and plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. Each reservation also includes 6 Running Y recreation passes providing access to the resort pool, spa, and fitness center.

The Running Y is surrounded by the natural beauty of Southern Oregon, with nearby lakes, trails, golf, wildlife, and outdoor recreation. Crater Lake National Park is approximately 1.5 hours away, making The Tipsy Turtle a comfortable home base for exploring the region.

Depending on the season, guests may encounter mosquitoes, midges, spiders, insects, wildlife, snow, pollen, dust, or other elements of outdoor living. The property receives routine care and pest-control measures, but we cannot eliminate naturally occurring insects or wildlife. Guests who are particularly sensitive to insects or the realities of a rural environment should take this into consideration before booking.
