difficult to find restaurant
it's hard to find a Malay restaurant. Parking should be reserved for hotel customers not for weddings ceremony(orang kenduri).

Check in was fast although the receptionist was not smiling. But Housekeeping failed to change the bedsheet and the towels in the room. Since I was out all the whole time, I just ignore it. The hotel was under some renovation but the notice is only 1 at the hallway/corridor. I think the management should actually inform the guests upon their check in or maybe put up notices in the elevator.

A great stay for solo or family.
The purpose of my stay was to make use of the pool and soak up the sun (vitamin D) while getting a tan. Perfect conditions with sun 5 of 6 days. Meals were great with the option of buffet or menu most days. The hotel caters mostly for tour groups and conferences but individuals are well looked after. I chose Klang as a place to avoid the markets of Kuala Lumpur where I had been over indulging, some
of the shops here proved too tempting however.

Nice hotel but time to replace some old items like carpets, sofas, etc. The table lamp bulb spoilt in my room. The food and plates should be cleared as soon as possible after the hotel guests finished and left them in front of their rooms.

Room smells smoke. Breakfast charge as buffet rm40 2pax but no buffet at all! The served u ala carte.

Disappointing stay
Stayed here for a night to attend a function in Klang. Took the deluxe king bed room.
During check-in, was kind of put off when the receptionist helping me check in decided to stop my process to check in another customer that came after in, cut in and asked to check in. Fortunately, another receptionist came by in a couple of minutes to help me. Parking is really confusing and kind of off-putting. Escalator to the hotel lobby not working so had to drag up my things. Btw, on check out, gave my card with the holder to the receptionist and came down to the parking only to be told by the attendant that if I didn’t have a slip attached to the holder I had to pay. So paid Rm14 for parking.
Room is really spacious but the bed is not premium at all! It’s hard. And bathroom is really weird wherein the water from the shower goes into the toilet and dressing area making the whole area wet with your bathing water. Definitely will not recommend this hotel in overall.
