On September 28th morning Saturday about 0800am , i called the front office informing them that the water pressure in the room is very low & there is no warm water . Until i am about to take a shower at about 1100am , its still not look into & no one came to inform me if the problem have been solved .
I called again & saying i need to take a shower before going out . Then only they start taking actions, bringing pail of water for my shower & etc .
As it was a Saturday , they told me that the hotel manager is off & no one come to apologise for the invonvenience at all .

overall is okay for staying. service also satisfactory. the problem is only with the online reservation. hotel should mention or add extra info on the website if they are not open for just any reservations.(due to current pandemic, special made arrangements can only be entertained.) refund is quit impossible.

First day dapat bilik tv takde signal.. complaint a few time until afternoon they give us change room..second room ok but the econ very noisy..second day they come and fix the econ..internet very poor.. first day no internet at all..second day can access but very slow..no parking allocate for hotel guest. I got parking summons for our gift stay at this hotel..

Location is good, spacious room for 3 persons. But pls train your staff more as we wait for 30 min just to get another senior person to attend us at the reception counter, there was an exisiting young indian lady at the counter but seems not understand english and not clear with the check in process

The room did not look clean and the pillow cases were not changed cos i found hair. The TV did not work either and was told the technician and the housekeeping staff were off on that day. The room did not smell fresh nor cleaned properly as I found an ashtray with traces of ash still on it.
