Er war sehr unfreundlich. Ok, wir hatten einen Fehler gemacht aber das heißt nicht uns unfreundlich und in einem unangebrachten Ton darauf hinzuweisen. Das geht auch freundlicher. "

Leider mussten wir jetzt die schlechtere Wohnung nehmen. Oder unseren Urlaub abbrechen. Fehler lag eindeutig bei der Vermittlung. Also das nächstemal werden wir wieder wo anders buchen.
